THE TWO STAGES OF INCARNATION |
|
|
|
Incarnation is often understood as the soul entering the body, the arrival of life into physical existence. This is true. Yet few people seem to realize that incarnation consists of two parts.
The first part is something life does for you, because at the beginning you are still immature and developing. The second part, however, is something you must do yourself. Many people never complete this second step.
For true incarnation to take place, the mind must also descend into the body alongside the soul. This is where your real life begins. Without it, we become absorbed by the world and lose connection with our deeper purpose.
And yes, many people die without ever becoming fully incarnated.
When the mind, together with the soul, sinks into the body, life becomes practical and functional. The body can then, in connection with the earth, begin to reveal iwhy it is here, how it is meant to live, and what it is here to share, express, and contribute to the world.

ALCHEMY OF BODYWORK PRACTICE EVENING IN HAMME

Have you ever taken an Alchemy of Bodywork training? Then you’re very welcome to join us for this evening of practice, where you can practice what you’ve learned in one flowing session. Whether it’s been a while or you’re still fresh in the habit, this is the perfect opportunity to refresh and deepen your bodywork skills.
You bring a practice person yourself for this evening, but you will not work with the person you bring. This allows you to attune to a new body and learn to give a treatment from the moment itself.
For example, you can practice the Full Body Treatment or techniques from a Bodywork week or the Bodywork Essentials. You will also have the opportunity to receive feedback and practical tips.
We start with a short series of body-oriented exercises (about half an hour), after which the treatments take place. We close the evening with a shared meditation. Will you join us? After registration, you will receive an email with all practical information. We look forward to welcoming you!

5 ELEMENT YOGA DEEPENING DAYS

These two days are intended for advanced 5 Elements Yoga practitioners, already certified teachers, as well as those who wish to become certified as a 5 Elements Yoga Teacher.
During these two days, we will explore each movement in depth and with attention to detail. There will also be opportunities for me to give you live tips and feedback on areas where you can further develop and refine your practice.
Those who would like to become certified as a 5 Elements Yoga Teacher are required to have attended these training days. For participants who are ready, there will also be an opportunity to take the certification assessment (please make sure to read the certification requirements first: https://lifeprojects.be/en/certify/ ).
Of course, you are equally welcome to join these days simply for your own personal growth and deepening, with the aim of refining and enhancing your own practice.
The purpose of this training is to bring greater depth to your personal yoga practice or to the classes you teach. On Day 1, Elke will guide you through all the movements and postures of each element in detail, including the foundational exercises, integration practices, and strengthening exercises.
On Day 2, Dirk, the founder of 5 Elements Yoga, will lead the morning session. At the end of the day, participants who are ready will have the opportunity to take the assessment to become a certified 5 Elements Yoga Teacher.

Theme of this year: Treatment Of The Belly
This year, the full focus will be on the different ways of working with and treating the abdominal region.
As always, the principles of Alchemy of Bodywork form the foundation, with the post- and prenatal application of the Five Elements as the central framework. This time, the emphasis is not so much on the individual layers of the 8 layers of the body, but rather on a deep and powerful exploration of the abdominal region, where these 8 layers naturally converge.
During this 5-day training, we will:
- Work deeply with organ tissue and its corresponding energy
- Refine and correct organ movement, relationships, and positioning
- Learn to open, cleanse, and energize the energetic network of the abdominal region
- Treat the energy centers within the abdomen
- · Restore the connection between the abdomen and the extremities
In short, a unique 5-day Alchemy of Bodywork immersion that will have a profound impact on participants — both as receivers of the work and as a powerful enhancement of the impact of their own treatments.

Being in Touch
From this embodied foundation, Dirk will take you into the second part of the evening: Being in Touch — a live demonstration of the Alchemy of Bodywork.
This goes far beyond simply observing a demonstration. You will experience in your own body what unfolds within the field of presence from which Dirk works. A master in "reading" the true body, he uses profound yet simple alchemical touches to remind the body of its original state, allowing its innate self-healing capacity to emerge once again.
During this evening, you will:
